we're off to maine to shoot a wedding and loveshoot so we'll be out of the office for the next few days.  hang in there everybody, we'll have your shoots posted on the blog as soon as possible!

i can't believe how fast little samantha is growing up!  last time we saw her at her newborn session she was just a little bean!

melanie and i were very excited about shooting molly and david's wedding at the fearrington house in pittsboro.  the fearrington house grounds are gorgeous and molly and david are such a super-cool, nice couple! 

i love this garden!   the clouds are killer, molly is gorgeous...i love it when all of the elements come together!

molly and her parents have a signature "family hug".  there is audio that goes with the hug, but we only have the photo.  : )  i thought that was so cute!

david has great taste.  first, he picked out molly for his wife and then he picked out this stunning necklace for molly's wedding day present.

yep, those shoes are the real deal!

just before dark there was a tiny window of time when there was no rain.  this was the fastest bride and groom session ever!

one of molly and david's friends composed as song just for them.  it was so cool!  he sang the original song at the ceremony and then played a couple more tunes at the reception.

then the band laid on the party tunes.  we knew it was going to be a fun reception when molly and david's first dance was "word up" by cameo!

there was a lot of break dancing and jump roping going on!

lauren is a girl with many talents girl.  i was most impressed with her ability to change from her loveshoot clothes into her wedding dress on the beach!  here are some of our favorites from lauren and kevin's shoot.
